Jordan McNaughton was born and raised in the Coachella Valley and is a Third Generation Broker. Jordan’s Father, Stan McNaughton and Grandfather, Harold McNaughton were both Real Estate Brokers & Developers, making their way to the Coachella Valley in 1988. Jordan grew up intrigued by Real Estate and planned on following in the path of his Father and Grandfather since he was a child. Background

During this time Jordan began to sharpen his management, communication, and negotiation skills. After three years of working with residential investors, Jordan made his transition into Commercial Real Estate.

Since then Jordan has been apart of development deals from the ground up. Jordan brings first hand experience with entitlements as well as a close working relationship with Riverside County and multiple municipalities across the Coachella Valley. Jordan has utilized his negotiation expertise and knowledge by representing clients in a multitude of real estate acquisitions including land, commercial sales, and leasing.

In 2017 Jordan joined Wilson-Meade Commercial Real Estate, teaming up with top-producing agents combining experience and networking to produce an outstanding team. What Jordan enjoys most about real estate is building lasting relationships with clients and helping them achieve success in their business ventures. Jordan is honest and holds his integrity and character to the highest regards. Jordan uses innovative marketing techniques along with the “old school” tried and true methods.
