Throughout 2023, Ramos’ transactions spanned across various commercial real estate sectors, including industrial, retail, office, and land. Some notable achievements include:
- Sale of a former radiology center in Palm Desert for $2.2 million
- Sale of the new Elks Lodge building in Cathedral City for $1.6 million
- Sale of an industrial building in Thousand Palms for $1.5 million
Beyond sale activity, Ramos was instrumental in securing several significant leases, totaling over 16,000 square feet at Indio Town Center and successfully achieving full occupancy at Ramon Plaza, a 70,131 square foot marketplace in Cathedral City. He also secured leases for notable businesses such as Emmerson Construction, WECS Energy, CC Design Metal Fabrication, All Tile & Stone, and Fit in 42’s new fitness concept, Strong Republic, in Palm Springs.
