Cameron Rawlings joined Wilson Meade with a focus on Investment Sales and Commercial Leasing in October 2019 under the tutelage of cofounder Michael Meade. Although his first full year at the firm happened to be during the COVID-19 pandemic, Cameron was able to earn Rookie of the Year honors and runner-up for agent of the year in 2020. He kept the momentum in 2021 going by earning top producer for Q1. In 2024, he earned an award for 2023 Most Transactions and has been promoted to Executive Vice President. He is continually on pace to top honors.

Background
Before joining Wilson Meade, Cameron had long been interested in commercial real estate and comes from a commercial background as his father is a lifelong project manager. Cameron left a nine-year career at Palm Springs Nissan where he was a top producer and worked up from sales associate to Sales Manager to Finance Director for the dealership upon his exit. His almost 10-years of sales and finance experience as a top performer demonstrates his work ethic and commitment to customer service. His forte in achieving client expectations delivers the dedication and high level of service Wilson Meade is known for – a major reason the firm has ascended to become the largest locally-owned investment brokerage in the Coachella Valley.
Cameron is a native of the Coachella Valley and resides in Palm Desert with his wife, Bonnie, and daughters, Emery and Eliana. He has watched the growth of the region his entire life and is excited to be a part of its continued development as well as to become more invested in the community.
