Kate has handled transactions valuing more than $250 million, consisting of thousands of acres of land, industrial buildings, and office space.

Significant Assignments:
Kate has been responsible for the sale of a substantial amount of land in the Inland Empire. Some of these include:
- 503-acre mixed-use development. Kate was the driving force behind the new landowner agreeing to donate 100-acres as the east valley campus of the College of the Desert. In turn, this new campus added extreme value to the remaining land, which is now in various stages of development.
- 217 finished single-family residential lots in the city of Coachella.
- Palazzo – a single-family residential development opportunity consisting of 8 completed homes along with 60 finished lots.
- 346-acres of prime agricultural land in Thermal
- 7,000-acres near and around the Salton Sea
