Matt Rifkin started off at Wilson Meade as a Project Manager prior to obtaining his Real Estate License. Properties he has worked on include Magnesia Falls Plaza (a 40,000 square foot office condominium complex), The Terrace Apartments in Palm Desert, along with other remodel and ground up developments owned by Desert Rock and Terrace Partners.

Background
Prior to entering the real estate industry, Matt had an extensive background as an entrepreneur and local business owner. He also spent 10+ years in the solar industry where he won multiple awards for his exemplary sales performance.
He is a graduate from Southern Oregon University and is known to have above average technical skills that assist in his efforts in all things he works on.
In his free time, he enjoys playing golf, attending car shows, and is always the first one to try out a cool new gadget.
